How to Choose Your Size
Start with Your Measurements
Grab a soft measuring tape and check:
- Chest: measure under your arms around the fullest part
- Length: from the highest point of the shoulder down to where you want the hem
- Sleeve: from shoulder seam to wrist (for long sleeves)
Write those numbers down. We'll reference them against each product's fit.
The AMP Premium Hoodie Fit
This hoodie is designed for a relaxed, street-ready silhouette. The 320gsm fleece has some structure, so it won't hang limp. If you're between sizes, size up for a comfier, oversized vibe - perfect for layering over a tee or under a jacket. Want a more fitted look? Stick with your usual size. The shoulders are cut slightly wider to give that classic hoodie drape, and the length hits right at the hip. For example, if you normally wear a Medium in standard tees, try a Large in the hoodie if you prefer extra room. The heavy fabric means it won't shrink much, so no need to compensate for that.
AMP Classic T-Shirt Fit
This is your everyday tee - unisex, with a regular fit that's not too slim, not too baggy. It's made of 100% cotton (or a cotton blend?), actually the Classic Tee is 100% combed ring-spun cotton for a soft feel. The cut is modern: sleeves hit mid-bicep, body length covers your waistband. Stick with your true size. If you like a tighter look, go down one. If you want it looser, go up. It's preshrunk, so what you get is what you keep.
AMP Polo Shirt Fit
A more tailored cut - the polo is meant to be worn tucked or untucked but with a cleaner line. The fabric has a touch of stretch (95% cotton, 5% elastane), so it hugs your frame without restricting movement. If you're between sizes, size down for a classic polo fit. The length is about an inch longer than the tee, ideal for tucking.
AMP Tank Top Fit
Sleeveless and relaxed. The armholes are cut generous for comfort and airflow. It runs true to size, but if you want a more athletic cut, size down. The straps are about two inches wide - not too thin, not too thick.
Quick Sizing Tips from the AMP Community
- "I wear a Large in everything else, but the hoodie felt huge - should have gone Medium." (But we recommend sizing up - depends on preference.)
- "The Classic Tee is spot on for me. Ordered my usual and it fits perfect."
- "Polo was a little snug across the chest - if you lift, maybe size up."
Take these with a grain of salt. Everyone's body is different, so trust your measurements.

Material Impact on Fit
- Heavy fleece (hoodie): less drape, holds its shape, slightly more room needed.
- Lightweight jersey (tee/tank): more drape, follows your body.
- Pique cotton with stretch (polo): snug but forgiving.
